Please send us a 30 day free trial of PTrAn. Trial Licensee hereby agrees to the
following terms and conditions concerning PTrAn.
1. PTrAn is a proprietary computer software system which OPTIMUM Power Technology,
L.P. ("OPTIMUM") owns.
2. Trial Licensee agrees not to copy, sell, or give away PTrAn and related materials,
including the written documentation. Trial Licensee agrees that PTrAn is proprietary
and confidential to OPTIMUM and further agrees that the use of PTrAn shall be limited
to internal evaluation purposes and shall not be used to the detriment of OPTIMUM in
any manner. Trial Licensee agrees not to reverse engineer or reverse compile PTrAn.
This Section shall survive termination of this Agreement.
3. OPTIMUM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages
relating to Trial Licensee’s use of PTrAn.
4. If Trial Licensee decides not to license PTrAn at the end of the trial period, Trial
Licensee agrees to delete all copies of PTrAn from its computers. In the event the trial
is extended by mutual agreement of both parties, the terms and conditions of this Trial
License Agreement shall continue in full force and effect throughout the extended period.
