Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, September 6, 2002 - Fluent Asia Pacific, the wholly owned subsidiary of Fluent Inc., has been chosen as the exclusive distributor of the highly acclaimed Virtual Engines, engine simulation software products from Optimum Power Technology. Fluent Asia Pacific will be responsible for selling and supporting Virtual Engines in Japan. OPTIMUM has been developing Virtual Engines for more than 10 years, and since its commercial introduction 2 years ago, Virtual Engines has be recognized as the new benchmark by many North American and European engine makers. Both Optimum Power Technology and Fluent are confident that in the technology driven Japanese automotive market similar successes can be repeated.
